Psychic Scams on Blogtalk
A new psychic scam has recently come to my attention that I want to share with other psychics and paranormal
investigators. I have been approached from a psychic with a "featured radio show" on Blogtalk. They are asking
for payment to appear as a guest on their show, as well as offering advertising on thier Blogtalk site.
First of all, you should never PAY to appear on ANY radio show.
To add to their "hype" they have included some well known psychics and paranormal investigators names that
they say have appeared on their show. In browsing their past shows podcasts, none of these people are on these
shows.
I did indeed approach them to see if this was for their own financial gain and this is the copy of the response that I
recieved:
"No its not financial gain, its to keep the show on the air and this show has helped so many people, we have
helped people even as far as stopping them from committing suicide. All of my guest have been more then happy
to help the show, as they know how much the show helps people, they get to help when they are on and many
listeners go them privately for help!"
Okay, first of all...psychics do NOT offer medical or legal advice. I have a real issue with the fact that you proclaim
to have stopped someone from committing suicide when you are not in the medical field.
Next if you cannot afford your featured radio show GET OFF THE AIR! Or downgrade to a free show since you
obviously have such a strong following.
A lot of talk shows are informative and do help people at large. However, it is ridiculous to think that people would
pay to be on the radio.

Leo Brown's Bio:
Leo Brown has always been a talker. Ever since he was a boy growing up in the Deep South. "I would always run
my mouth and tell people what I thought," he says. Though, some loved the fact that he was so open with his
thoughts, some people found him to be a bit of a loudmouth. "As I was growing up, I was thinking of ways to use
this mouth I had. I tried everything from customer service rep to selling medical insurance via phone. Nothing
worked because I'd end up giving advice and telling people what was coming up for them," he says with a laugh.
When asked if he always knew that he was psychic, his reply is simple. "Yes, but back where I come from, people
I knew didn't say I was psychic they just told me that I knew things others didn't." Sitting in a comfy brown regal-

Ever the open book, he goes on to say how his psychic skills began to take shape. "It started with dreams and

I never thought of it as a job, I was just helping people see things clearer." How Leo got into the business as a
professional psychic is another story. "Actually, my best friend from high school suggested that I should seriously
think about it as a career. My first thought was, No! I can't do that," he says laughing loudly. Fast-forward to today
and Leo Brown not only loves what he does but also has a strong passion for it. "I'm very, very happy and glad I
took my best friend's advice." he says as his smile radiates the room we're sitting in. "I've been in this business
for six years and I feel that when you pick up that phone to speak with me, you’re speaking with a friend, who truly
wants to help you and empower your life." "The key is though," he continues to say with a serious look on his
face, "you have to be ready for the truth, because this is your life and your reading. I can be your friend only if
you allow me to be."

I have a handful of clients that have had a loved one pass by death by suicide. Although any death is never easy,
it does seem to leave some confusion as to the fate of their soul. So I want to see if I can put this into perspective
of what happens to them on the other side.
If a loved one has committed suicide this does NOT mean they have gone to hell. There is a slow transition phase
that they will go through when they cross. God does look at them prior to that frame of mind. This does not
automatically make them a damned soul. The transition period is where they are counsled and consoled.
With that said, I also would like to add that there is no "time" on the other side. Our 5 minutes could be their 5
years.
There are instances of suicide victims that have chosen not to cross for fear of what to expect. This does not just
apply to suicide but to those that have died suddenly, children, and those that are just uncertain if they should
enter the light.
No matter what the cause of death, once they have crossed they are allowed to visit. This can be from smells, to
feeling their presence, seeing something out the corner of your eye, to actual paranormal activity.
Ever had a dream of a loved one who has passed? These are considered actual visits!
Although cliche' it is true...time does heal all wounds. The hurt will always be there but not as strong. Sometimes,
you have to start over instead of picking up where you left off.

Psychics and Missing Persons
Opinions, opinions, opnions...if you know me than you know my blog is full of my opinions. I actually have a lot to
say about Psychics and Missing Person cases, and a LOT of pet peeves as to how other psychics handle this.
Let me see where to begin...
I am often asked as a psychic, "Do you ever contact law enforcement?" The answer to that is NO. Now let me
explain why. First of all, it is my personal beliefthat if I am meant to be involved in something they will find me.
Does law enforcement actually use psychics? The answer to that is YES, more often than you may realize. My pet
peeves in all of this? MANY, psychics that do reach out to law enforcement, can and have been charged with
obstruction of justice and I support that FULLY!
I think I can best describe Missing Person Cases as emotionally challengingfor all involved, including the psychic.
First and foremost, it is not my job as a psychic to inform the family of a missing person that their loved one has
crossed over or is still living, that is the job of law enforcement. Next, when a family of a missing person reaches
out to you it is out of "total desperation", meaning they have no other stone to turn. Nine times out of ten, they
have never even spoken to a psychic before. In addition, to every one of these cases that I have been involved
with, the family has a "theory" of who done it and how it happened. Therefore it may be difficult to explain to them
"exactly what you see".
Now on to my pet peeves...
To the psychics that jump into the middle of an open investigation, yes, you should be charged with obstruction of
justice. To the psychics that "advertise" they specialize in missing person cases...they completely disgust me. To
the psychics that post on their websites and all over the internet your "Insights" of a missing person's
whereabouts...you are messing with an open investigation and starting rumors. To the psychics, that in your post,
you descriptively describe where to find a body...you have obviously NEVER worked with a task force or the
family of a missing person. If you had you would one, realize it is an open investigation, and two realize how
hurtful your words are to the people that loved them. To the psychics that advertise that they will only charge for
their "travel expenses" to this I would have to say...REALLY? Because as a psychic you shouldn't HAVE to travel
anywhere! To the psychics that advertise how law enforcement can contact you, this is one of the many reasons
as to why they WILL NOT. And finally, to ANY psychic out there trying to collect money on someone's desperation
and need for insights, I have one word for you...KARMA.
The reality of all of this is that IF they are not seeking "monetary compensation" then they are seeking the
recognition. If this is the way you want to earn your "fame" than I have real issues with it.
If you are reading this and fall into the category of one of these psychics then you deserve to loose what
business you have for lack of compassion! Try as I may, as a psychic, I cannot find any defense for these actions.
Bottom line, missing person cases are REAL. I am completely horrified in hearing what these families as well as
law enforcement have been through with psychics.

Can things change in a reading?
In speaking to one of my clients today, they had spoken with another psychic that told them "things can change in
a reading". This is not the first time I've heard this so I wanted to discuss this a little further.
First of all, I want to remind you that the whole purpose of a psychic reading is so that you will know what is to
come. Can you change that? Sometimes you can.
A good example of this is a traffic ticket. If I see you getting a traffic ticket and you remember that and slow down,
then your in good shape. More so than not, you remember AFTER the fact.
Another example would be if you ask if you will meet someone new this weekend. Well if I tell you yes, and you go
out, then it is highly probable. If on the other hand you decide to stay at home, well now, that changes everything.
These are just two examples of how "things can change". I have not experienced any drastic changes in
readings, unless the individual has actually changed something.
The timing of matters can be delayed, for this you can thank the Universe. But timing is crucial in all events. "For
everything there is a reason and a season".
So as for the original question..."Can things change in a reading?"...
You yourself can change things. The only thing a psychic can do is relay to you how things will play out, what you
do with that is up to you.
Now, for those of you that have been told that things can change in a reading, and you have had NOTHING
materialize or come to pass...this I would question.
The changes I have seen are generally small details controlled by the client.

Reiki for the "Greater Good"
I have received a few emails asking if Reiki can cure a specific ailment. I want to tell you exactly how Reiki works.
The healing energy is channelled into you for "the greater good." It enters your body and it "goes were it is
needed." I have had a couple people tell me that their Reiki session fixed another aillment that I didn't even know
they had. As a practitioner, it is not up to you to direct the energy.
Also there is no "Right way or wrong way" to preform Reiki. Nor is there ever a "bad time" for you to receive a
Reiki session. I have found that the ones that state this are generally the ones that are charging a ridiculous fee!

The Gifts
I have been asked many times about the varying gifts of a psychic. So I want to take the time to discuss a few
things. First of all not all psychics are mediums, but all mediums are psychic. What is a medium? It is someone
that can effectively communicate with the other side.
Clairvoyant. 90% of my readings are clairvoyant, it means that I am clear seeing. The best I can describe this is

request. Can all psychics read the Tarot? No. Can anyone learn to read the Tarot? Yes. I have seen many great

An Intuitive and an Empath. An intuitive is someone that "reads" by their "gut feeling", it does not mean they can
actually see things that will come. An Empath is someone who picks up on emotions. Are they psychic? In my
opinion, no. Although they can be accurate at times, and they are psychic abilities, it does not "make" them a
psychic. Unfortunately, many have found that they can make money at readings and now consider themselves
psychic. This is generally found out after a few readings due to lack of accuracy, or they will state "I cannot read
for you right now."

Choosing a psychic
I don't expect everyone that visits my site to choose me for a reading. Sometimes, you need to let that "gut
feeling" lead you. What "feels right" and what doesn't. Some key things you will want to look for:
- How long have they been around?
- Do you "feel" you would be comfortable speaking to them.
- What are their gifts?
- Can you find them on the web?
- Do they offer a reading that would fit you? (Ex. Tarot, Clairvoyance, Medium, etc.)
- Is the price a reasonable request? (A higher price does NOT mean a better psychic.)
There is another "red flag" that you need to look for...
If they do NOT disclose what they charge, be leery! (This is a common scam.)
Also note, how will you pay? (Do not send cash or Western Union!)
Let your instincts lead!

Somethings you should not have to pay for...
I was speaking with another psychic yesterday and I have to say we agreed to disagree. Although we all work by
our own standards and code of ethics, it is my personal opinion that you should never pay for a house clearing or
a house blessing.
I do understand that to some this is part of their psychic services, but it doesn't mean I agree with it.
Clergy offers these services, generally free of charge. To the homeowners that I personally know, if someone
tried to charge them they found someone else. She then referenced that our work is somewhat like "clergy", as
we work as spiritual counselors.
Well then this just confuses me. As I said, clergy generally does not charge for this service. I personally have
never considered myself as a "counselor." To me this is someone who "gives advice", not discloses what they
"see". So no, I am afraid I do not see that connection.
This to me falls into the same category as how we offer our paranormal services free of charge. I also do not
support the teams that are charging for them.
Yes, we all have a right to make a living. However, I do feel that there are times when charging for something is
not appropriate.
Like I said, just my personal opinion, but some things we should not have to pay for!

A reading in person, or by phone.
I have meant to write about this and I seem to forget. Often I am asked what is the difference in a reading in
person and one on the phone. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This also applies to chat and email readings. What I am
reading is your energy. Your energy does NOT change weather you are in front of me or not. 98% of my
readings are clairvoyant (Clear seeing, and what I see), the other 2% are when someone requests a Tarot
reading. In person readings I tend to use the Tarot because it gives you, the client, a visual. So in actuality, all
readings are the same.

Full Moon during Mercury Retrograde
If you didn't get a chance to see the moon last night, maybe you will catch it tonight. What a sight! It is a proven
fact that the full moon effects people and animals in various ways.

Psychic Chain Letters
What is a chain letter? It is a letter developed to go out to many people, leaving "blanks" in it where your name is
filled in. This gives the "personalization" look to the letter, and it appears it was written just for you.
Thanks to a friend, I have in my possession a numerous amount of these letters from some very "well known"
psychics. (She has these letters from her elderly sister who lost her life savings and over $150,000.00 to
psychics.)
Generally they appear as being personally directed to you and anywhere from $19.99 to $299.99 will turn your
luck around! (I'm thinking fairy dust maybe?) And there are some that will even send you a dollar store trinket as
your lucky charm. I find ALL of this to be very disturbing. These are well known psychics that have appeared on
television numerous times. Two of them, I have contacted myself.
People, DO NOT buy into this! I cannot "fix" your problems for any amount of money, nor can anyone else. These
letters are going out to thousands of people. I have said this many times but let me give you a refresher:
1. DO NOT send a psychic cash.
2. DO NOT send a psychic money via Western Union. (You have no recourse, Paypal acts as a credit card
company.)
3. DO NOT send a psychic money out of the country.
4. And NO we do NOT know the lottery numbers!

I am often asked what is the most popular question that people ask about. It is by far their love life. I don't believe

Reiki is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy, or often referred to as Spiritually Guided Energy. In short it is a
form of "energy healing". It pertains to working with your chakras. (Chakras are the energy centers of our bodies
that turn and process the energy inside of us.) There are 7 main chakras in the body, with each one having a
specific color.
A Reiki attunement/session can be done hands on or sent by distance. Either way it is effective. Can it heal your
headache? Can it fix your toothache? Yes and no, the energy healing is sent to "heal" the greater good. Meaning
it goes into your body where a healing is needed.
Reiki can be learned by anyone. I first learned of Reiki through raving reviews from my clients. I have to agree, it
is life altering!
I am now offering Reiki Courses in a Distant Learning format. Now available is Distant Learning: Reiki Master
Course, Handbook and Certification. (Reiki Master means that you are certified in Reiki to teach others.) This is

How to tell if a psychic is legit.
Last night I was on the themixtalk.com with Psychic Craig Eugene. (We will be back next Tuesday night at 9:
00PM). We had a caller, Kimberly from Virginia who asked a wonderful question...."With all the psychics out there
nowadays, how can you tell if they are legit?" I want to go a little further with this...
As with any industry, it is scary to see how many scam artists are beginning to surface. There are ways that you
can research a psychic. This applies to if you find them online or locally in your area.
1. How long have they been around? If they have been around for awhile, this needs to be taken into
consideration. A lot of scam artists come and go rather quickly.
2. Can you validate their credentials? If they claim to have certificates, degrees, or organizations they will
generally have a live link to validate their claim.
3. What does Google say? Try typing the psychics name or stage name into any search engine. If you only have
the first name try entering the word "psychic" in front of it. (If it comes back with a Ripoff report, then there is your
sign!)
4. What if they are local? Do they have a business license within the county or city they are working in? You can
either check with the county or city or ask them to show it to you. (Be careful of the ones that are reading out of
their homes...some are legit, but there are usually strict licensing laws pertaining to this.)
5. What if they are local and have no website? Then this is just scary. Most businesses have a web address of
some sort available to the public. It is also a "red flag" if they only work for Psychic Services.
6. How do I choose a psychic on a psychic service? Start by LOOKING AT THE SERVICE. I will not name them but
there are TWO major psychic services on the web where ANYONE can be a psychic. Don't get me wrong,
because there are legitimate services out there that do test their psychics. HOWEVER, there are a lot of psychic
services that advertise on the WHAM board. (Work at home moms) As well as some sites that offer various scripts
for them to read...Scary isn't it?
7. Did they ask you for your birthday? Unless you are seeking an astrology reading, I have REAL issues with this.
It is too easy to give a "generalized reading" of your zodiac sign.
Remember you the client have a right to choose, walk away, or end any reading at anytime. Here are some key
words to look for:
Cash or Money Order, Western Union, Negativity surrounding you, Aura Cleansing, Hex or Curse removal, Spell
casting, They need you to purchase something in order for something to come to pass, Lottery Numbers, or any
"claim" that they can change things for you. These are STRONG signs that you have landed a scam artist!
You should pay for your reading....and NOTHING ELSE!

How to tell if a psychic is legit.
Last night I was on the themixtalk.com with Psychic Craig Eugene. (We will be back next Tuesday night at 9:
00PM). We had a caller, Kimberly from Virginia who asked a wonderful question...."With all the psychics out there
nowadays, how can you tell if they are legit?" I want to go a little further with this...
As with any industry, it is scary to see how many scam artists are beginning to surface. There are ways that you
can research a psychic. This applies to if you find them online or locally in your area.
1. How long have they been around? If they have been around for awhile, this needs to be taken into
consideration. A lot of scam artists come and go rather quickly.
2. Can you validate their credentials? If they claim to have certificates, degrees, or organizations they will
generally have a live link to validate their claim.
3. What does Google say? Try typing the psychics name or stage name into any search engine. If you only have
the first name try entering the word "psychic" in front of it. (If it comes back with a Ripoff report, then there is your
sign!)
4. What if they are local? Do they have a business license within the county or city they are working in? You can
either check with the county or city or ask them to show it to you. (Be careful of the ones that are reading out of
their homes...some are legit, but there are usually strict licensing laws pertaining to this.)
5. What if they are local and have no website? Then this is just scary. Most businesses have a web address of
some sort available to the public. It is also a "red flag" if they only work for Psychic Services.
6. How do I choose a psychic on a psychic service? Start by LOOKING AT THE SERVICE. I will not name them but
there are TWO major psychic services on the web where ANYONE can be a psychic. Don't get me wrong,
because there are legitimate services out there that do test their psychics. HOWEVER, there are a lot of psychic
services that advertise on the WHAM board. (Work at home moms) As well as some sites that offer various scripts
for them to read...Scary isn't it?
7. Did they ask you for your birthday? Unless you are seeking an astrology reading, I have REAL issues with this.
It is too easy to give a "generalized reading" of your zodiac sign.
Remember you the client have a right to choose, walk away, or end any reading at anytime. Here are some key
words to look for:
Cash or Money Order, Western Union, Negativity surrounding you, Aura Cleansing, Hex or Curse removal, Spell
casting, They need you to purchase something in order for something to come to pass, Lottery Numbers, or any
"claim" that they can change things for you. These are STRONG signs that you have landed a scam artist!
You should pay for your reading....and NOTHING ELSE!

Psychic Services
I spoke about this a few months ago, and the topic has come up again. When it comes to choosing a personal
psychic, you also need to be aware of what psychic service you are using. I work for a couple of psychic services,
in which I agree with their hiring process and their code of ethics. They test their psychics extensively as well as
verify anything they have done in the past. However, over the years I have found that it is frightening to realize
what services are available and how they operate.
First of all, there are sites out there where anyone can be a psychic, including you. All you have to do is agree to
their contract and sign up. (I am guessing that there are probably 15% actual psychics on these sites.) I have
also been approached by a service that offers you a book of "scripts" to read if your not a psychic. (I cannot even
imagine how that works.) As well as I have been approached by another service that pays bonuses by how long
you can keep a client on the phone! In addition, if you the client, are paying a rate of, lets say $3.99 to $4.99 per
minute for a reading, a lot of these services pay their psychics .20 to .60 cent a minute! (A little greedy you
think?) And by all means, STAY AWAY from the sites that are promoting "spell casting"! Equally discouraging are
the services that advertise at WAHM. WAHM is a public forum, that stands for "work at home moms".
With the growth in the psychic industry, there are psychic services popping up everywhere. I do also believe that
there are some true psychics on some of these services. But it poses the question of how many do you have to
call to find a real psychic? My advise to you is to do a little research into the service that you choose.

A little about Me
I do enjoy your emails of asking questions about me. I will write some updates from time to time of what is going
on in my life. So, I thought I would let you know that my interest are very common and do extend beyond the
metaphysical.
I live in central Virginia, the suburbs of Richmond. Or as my Grandma would refer to as “The garden spot of the
world”. I am two hours from the ocean and three hours from the mountains. We do experience all four seasons
here.
There are lots of things that I enjoy. One is reading, but I often don’t take the time to do so. I recently read two of
the four books of the Twilight series. I would recommend this to everyone! My daughter referred me to the book. I
would have never imagined it would have been anything I liked, let alone loved! I also like to cook and spend time
with my family and friends. I have two nephews and two nieces and am amazed at how they are growing!
Recently I have taken an interest in yoga. As most of you know, my paranormal team takes up a lot of my spare
time, but I love it all the same.
As far as television, I do take the time to watch a lot of shows. Mostly late at night and I seem to prefer reality
series. Some of my favorites are Top Chef, Project Runway, Dr G., Ghost Adventures, The Real Housewives
Series, and I love Army Wives! (We will not discuss how mad I am that Comcast (my cable provider) has taken
away Sci-Fi and the History Channel!) My daughter raises the roof if she catches me watching HGTV, as this
generally results in creative projects around the house! (She is threatening to set parental controls for me.)
I attempted to grow an herb garden this year. Things were going well until everything began to sprout, in which
my cat had a feast on!
My favorite color is definitely purple. My office is painted in a pale lavender and I LOVE it! My favorite foods would
be a toss up between Seafood and Italian. My music interests vary from Country to 80’s rock. (For those on the
computer all day, I would recommend themixrock.com, I also did my first radio show there.)
As of now, it looks like my vacation spot will be Ocean City, Maryland. That is a different twist for me as I usually
go South or West instead of North and I have never been there.
Things that I hate of course are liars and thieves. Not to mention bridges, tunnels, elevators, and planes. Believe
it or not, I have never been on a plane, and hope I can keep it that way! I am claustrophobic and I have a fear of
heights.
I am currently fighting the battle of a nicotine addiction and can use your prayers! Overall I am doing well, but
some days are worse than others.
I am new to “Twitter” and would have never thought so many would follow my “Tweets” of what I am doing. I like it,
it is definitely something different!
Even though she is 20 years old now, above all, I am still “MOM”, my number one job.
I am very happy with my chosen career path. As well as being truly blessed by family and friends that support me!

A little about "Sasha Marie"
I have received many comments and questions about Sasha. (photo at the bottom of the blog). She will be 9
years old in August and is an AKC registered Siberian Husky. Two words that I can think of that would describe
her best.....HIGH MAINTENANCE. She has me trained well! Yes, both of her eyes are light blue. (If the light hits
her right, they appear red, earning her the name "devil dog" by my neighbors.) She is aggressive, and very
protective of me and my daughter. She can also be protective of Roxy, (her sister) our spoilt cat. It is NOT a
common trait that a husky and a cat get along. Huskys are beautiful creatures but there are things you should
know if you are looking at getting one. First they dig, not just holes, but craters! This is not a puppy trait, they are
diggers. They are escape artists, and will not stay in a pen or a fence because they are runners. In Sasha's case,
who is in the house, she blows her coat twice a year, costing me a vacuum cleaner about once a year! They are
not fond of children. She is always with me. (under the desk now) She "works" my schedule and follows me
everywhere and I talk to her all the time as she is a very close friend to me. She is also a wonderful paranormal
investigator and can successfully catch EVP's of ghost doggies! If I leave home overnight, "Granny" has to come
and stay with her. Don't get me wrong, she won't tear up the house. She will wait until I get home to start trashing
the place because she is mad that I left her. She is definitely "my baby" and I thank you for your inquiries.

This past weekends investigation...
As most of you know, we performed and investigation in Northern Virginia this past weekend with Patrick Burns
from Haunting Evidence, and Shannon and her husband Jeff from Ghost Hunters International. This was a real
joy for CVAPI. I cannot begin to express how personable they all were. How great it was to see them interactivly
work together with my team members. It certainly has bought to light that celebrities are people as well, just as
you and I. Both Patrick and Shannon have some great things in the works! You will be seeing more of them soon!

Psychics are Humans Too
This blog was encouraged by an email that I received last night.
Psychics are human beings just like you. We don't possess supernatural powers. Basically it means that I live the
same as you.
I don't live in a castle or a dungeon, lol. I live in the average American home. I drive average American vehicles
(Chevy all the way!). Believe it or not, we have a very hard time when it comes to reading for ourselves.
I don't have bats as pets. (I love that one!). I have a Siberian Husky named Sasha (pictured at the bottom of my
blog) with whom is with me all day and night. I also have a spoiled cat named Roxy. Living with me is also, my 20
year old daughter, who is gifted as well and does not work as a psychic. If you entered my home, there is nothing
there that would scream that I am a psychic.
If you saw me in the grocery store, no, you would have no clue that I am a psychic. I wear normal clothes and
normal jewelry. (Halloween...now that is another story!)
Working as a professional psychic makes me no different than you. I love what I do! If I can answer your
questions and give some much needed guidance, than it is all worth it!
I do work the night shift because I prefer to. Many people work night shifts. Do I have problems in my life? Of
course I do! Like I said we are humans.

Signs of Psychic Scams
The psychic industry, unfortunately, appears to be full of scam artists these days. The stories I hear from my
clients are disheartening to say the least. If you have been scammed, please feel free to share your story. I have
clients who are out of thousands of dollars in which, they will never recover. Here are a few helpful tips to let you
know if you are being scammed.
1. They are trying to instill fear in you.
2. They want you to purchase items such as candles, crystals, etc. or something in your life will not come to pass.
3. They are requesting to be paid via Western Union (there is no recourse in getting your money back)
4. They are trying to sell you lottery numbers. (If we knew the lottery numbers we would play them ourselves!)
5. They have referenced Curse or Hex removal.
6. They want to charge for aura cleansing or negativity removal.
7. DO NOT send cash to a psychic either in the US or another country! (I have heard of many scams associated
with this practice.)
8. Beware of letters that appear to be personally addressed to you. (I have seen them from some well known
psychics, they are in fact a form letter in which everyone receives.)
9. DO NOT pay for spell work. (If it is a spell you seek, do it yourself, you have no guarantees that someone did
this for you. And KNOW what you are doing! Be careful what you wish for as you just might get it!)
These are just a few of the scams that I see most often. A psychic reading should be pleasurable and insightful. It
should be personalized to you and your questions. Not a generalized reading that could apply to anyone.
If you have been scammed, don't let this deter you from psychics all together. There are some truly great
psychics out there! Just beware of the common scams!

I have neither! In the upcoming days I will begin to discuss some very common psychic scams. Your psychic can
give you insights as to what is coming up in your life. With that knowledge you have the ability to change things.
We do NOT have the ability to change or make things happen for you.
For example, do not call me and tell me to MAKE your boyfriend call you. NONE of us have that ability and if you
are told otherwise you are being scammed. I couldn't make my husband come home when I was married, so the
likelihood of me making your boyfriend call you is not good!

Tarot Tip of the Day...The World
The World, this card is very significant. It tells you a lot just by looking at it. The one thing the World card tells you
is that you need to slow down and let the Universe turn! Many times we are anxious for change, and we may feel
that we are ready to move forward. The World tells us the timing is drawing near but has not approached as of
yet. It also signifies that you may get ready to implement action, get your thoughts together, because the
timeframe that you seek is around the corner.

Tarot Tip of the Day...The Death Card
On Saturday's meeting at Tarot Talk, we discussed running a "Tarot Tip of the Day". So today is the day it will
start!
Today's Card, The Death Card
In a reading the Death card does NOT mean death. It simply means the end of a negative cylce and the
beginning of a new cycle. Change, and new beginnings. (If reading for someone unfamiliar with the cards, please
explain this as the Death card can appear rather frightening.)
You will find when you are developing your abilities, that some things you will NOT receive answers to. They most
likely will pertain to health, illness and death. I believe that there are some things that we are not suppost to know.
So the Death card for today. Could be a new project, new adventure, or possibly a new frame of mind? YOU
DECIDE!

Tarot Talk

In the Fall, I will have a full blown Tarot Card Workshop that will last approximately 3 hours. I will keep you

The Tarot actually is not as complex as most people seem to think. I hope to be able to provide you with some
simple tips to keep you from becoming overwhelmed. I am process of putting together an ebook on the Tarot, and

Introduction
Well most of you from my website know that I had a blog that I am now moving to this blog. (Change is good!)
Actually it looks like I can do a lot more with this blog verses the old one.
So, to my new readers, a little about who I am. My name is Jackie, I work under the nickname of Ms Swami, and
have for years. (That name was given to me by a family friend.) I work as an online psychic as well as having my
own site at www.ms-swami.com I do offer a free psychic reading as a follow up to any of my paying clients.
I live in Virginia and am the founder of two different groups. The first group is Central VA Psychic Development
